A collaborative approach to CBT
At Cleeve Therapy Group, the relationship between client and therapist is an important part of the therapeutic process. We aim to provide a comfortable space where you can discuss the difficulties you are experiencing and work towards goals that are relevant to you.
CBT looks at how thoughts, behaviour and feelings—both emotional and physical—can be connected. Therapy can help you understand what may be maintaining a difficulty and identify gradual changes in thinking or behaviour that you can practise in everyday life.
