About Cleeve Therapy Group
Cleeve Therapy Group is an independent Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy service established in 2019, providing mental health support for adults, children and young people.
Our aim is to give you the space to explore the difficulties you are experiencing while helping you work towards meaningful and realistic goals. We provide CBT for a range of problems, including anxiety, depression, stress and low self-esteem.
We understand that starting therapy can feel like a significant step. That is why we place importance on building a comfortable therapeutic relationship where difficulties can be discussed openly and the work can progress at a manageable pace.
Our approach to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a talking therapy that explores the connections between how you think, how you behave and how you feel, both emotionally and physically.
Understanding these connections can help you recognise why certain difficulties may continue and identify changes in thinking or behaviour that could help you respond differently.
At Cleeve Therapy Group, CBT is collaborative. We work with you rather than simply telling you what to do. Together, we explore the difficulties you are experiencing and work towards practical changes that can support your goals.
