We accept cash, cheque or bank transfer:
Your initial 15 minute telephone chat will be free. This is to briefly discuss the main difficulties you or your child maybe experiencing and to discuss the services available through Cleeve Therapy Group.

Following this, your assessment and subsequent sessions will be priced at £65 for Kype/Zoom OR £70 an hour for face/face work.

Cancellation policy:
​
We ask that you give 48hrs notice if you cannot attend an appointment. If you give less than 48 hours notice for a cancellation we will still need to charge 50% of the session fee. If you give less than 24 hours cancellation notice then we will need to charge the whole fee for the session. If you do not turn up without letting us know then we will charge the whole fee.

Equally we know your time is just as valuable. Therefore if we need to cancel an appointment for any reason we will give you over 48hrs notice. If we give less than 48hrs notice then you will receive 50% off your next session. If we give you less than 24hrs notice we will refund the whole fee or offer you the next session for free.
